DEVICOM is looking for a business analyst to sell its range of IT services, offering a 360-degree solution covering all business functions. The business analyst will need to demonstrate dynamism and proactivity in identifying opportunities that could contribute to the development of new markets.

The role will also involve analyzing business opportunities that can help grow clients' businesses. The analyst will participate in needs analysis, identify business constraints, and propose appropriate solutions aligned with the client's business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible, organized, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.

• Establish and operationalize a prospecting strategy;

• Conduct strategic qualification of clients;

• Gain a thorough understanding of the business context and the technological impact on the company's operational processes;

• Determine client requirements and expectations to recommend the next steps;

• Utilize existing tools for client needs assessment and suggest improvements if necessary;

• Keep documentation up to date and optimize CRM usage to create an accurate and detailed client profile;

• Ensure follow-ups and negotiations with clients;

• Participate in the development of new markets.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (sales and prospecting);

• Excellent knowledge and experience in the IT sector;

• Knowledge of office software, CRM/ERP;

• Strategic business vision;

• Courteous and professional attitude;

• Time management and prioritization skills;

• Knowledge of communication techniques;

• Strong negotiation skills;

• Bachelor's degree (preferred);

• Bilingualism.
