INTERMEDIATE IT TECHNICAL ANALYST (Male - Female)

  • Perform on-site visits to analyze, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents or deploy IT solutions.

  • Deliver small- to medium-scale technical projects (infrastructure, network upgrades, migrations, IP telephony, etc.).

  • Ensure a smooth, proactive, and reassuring client experience throughout all engagements.

  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and documentation of infrastructure and network environments.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal project, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.

  • Maintain and update the knowledge base.

Desired Profile

Training & experience

  • College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent (AEC or significant experience).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT/networking role.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).

  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, etc.).

  • Experience with Asterisk/Sangoma IP telephony (configuration and troubleshooting).

  • Plan, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless networks, ACLs).

  • Ensure availability of critical services (routing, VLAN, NAT, QoS, DHCP, DNS).

  • Participate in modernization projects and technical documentation.

  • Implement and monitor security solutions (firewalls, EDR, MFA, IDS).

  • Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents.

  • Perform vulnerability assessments and propose corrective measures.

  • Contribute to regulatory compliance and evolving practices in response to emerging threats.

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (frequent travel required).

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in French.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with good stress management.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Natural leadership and positive team-oriented attitude.

  • Strong client commitment: you take pride in delivering quality work.
