Job description

DEVICOM is looking for a Project Manager to join its team and lead projects, ensuring their smooth execution. The Senior Project Manager specifies, organizes, and plans the implementation of a project from its design phase to its deployment, in collaboration with the team.

They provide solutions to encountered issues, analyze, and anticipate the clients' needs and potential problems to prepare for the unexpected. The Project Manager uses the company's pre-established tools and documents, ensuring the updating and longevity of information. They also follow up on current and future client needs.

Functions

  • Manage web projects, in relation to budget, teams, and client expectations

  • Apply the key principles of agile management (scrum, backlog, sprints)

  • Organize work sprints, internal meetings, and code audits

  • Ensure the profitability of projects

  • Manage client relationships

  • Provide daily follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly

  • Communicate technical constraints and requirements effectively to the project team and the client

  • Ensure the quality of deliverables

  • Participate in the creation of quotes

  • Contribute to the evolution of processes in network infrastructure

Skills and desired experience

  • Knowledge of major development tools and a range of application solutions (ERP, CRM, EAI, etc.), and databases

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or a college diploma (DEC) in a relevant field

  • Proficient in using office software

  • Knowledge of the IT market, major suppliers, and cutting-edge technologies

  • Experience in customer service

  • Experienced planner

  • Proficient in Excel and MS Project

  • Strong communication, organizational, and management skills

  • Fluent in French and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
