DEVICOM is looking for a system administrator who will be responsible for the architecture and development of infrastructures. Their main responsibilities will include guiding projects based on needs while ensuring the implementation of maintenance, evolution, and stability of the infrastructures. On a typical day, you will analyze, create, and deploy complex technological infrastructures.

• Provide level 3 technical support

• Respond to client requests, manage the impact and priorities of these requests

• Resolve or assist in resolving issues according to internal procedures

• Perform server upgrades/support

• Follow up on the progress of requests with clients

• Administer and maintain client server infrastructures

• Analyze infrastructures and make recommendations based on client needs

• Participate in various IT projects for clients

• Document interventions and update information in our systems

• Install, configure, and manage applications

• 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Experience in technical support for Windows environments

• Good knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)

• Networking knowledge

• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud (Office 365, Azure, etc.)

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Focus on customer service quality

• Bilingual (oral and written)
