INTERMEDIATE IT TECHNICAL ANALYST (Male - Female)

  • Perform on-site visits to analyze, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents or deploy IT solutions.

  • Deliver small- to medium-scale technical projects (infrastructure, network upgrades, migrations, IP telephony, etc.).

  • Ensure a smooth, proactive, and reassuring client experience throughout all engagements.

  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and documentation of infrastructure and network environments.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal project, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.

  • Maintain and update the knowledge base.

Desired Profile

Training & experience

  • College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent (AEC or significant relevant experience).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT/networking role.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and its tools (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

  • Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, etc.).

  • Experience with Cisco IP telephony (configuration and troubleshooting).

  • Ability to perform in-depth analysis of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and advise clients on upgrading critical systems.

  • Ability to handle Level 1, 2, and 3 support tasks and document interventions in clear, comprehensive reports.

  • Ability to identify potential security vulnerabilities and provide consulting services tailored to client needs.

  • Experience in an industrial environment (an asset).

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (frequent travel required).

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in French; functional English.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage stress effectively.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Natural leadership and a positive team-oriented attitude.

  • Strong client commitment: you take pride in delivering high-quality work.
