What you’ll do

  • Work directly at client sites to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents or deploy IT solutions.

  • Deliver small to medium-scale technical projects (infrastructure, network upgrades, migrations, IP telephony, etc.).

  • Ensure smooth, proactive, and reassuring client relationships throughout all interventions.

  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and documentation of infrastructures and networks.

  • Collaborate closely with internal project, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.

  • Keep knowledge bases up to date.

Skills and desired experience

Training & Experience

  • College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent (AEC or significant experience).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT/networking role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory).

  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, etc.).

  • Experience with Cisco IP telephony (configuration and troubleshooting).

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (frequent travel required).

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in French — functional English.

  • Strong sense of organization, prioritization, and good stress management.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.

  • Natural leadership and a positive team attitude.

  • Strong client commitment: you're proud to deliver quality work.
